We did receive personalized service with 24/7 communication. We were given a Rollover system that if there was a problem we knew within 30 seconds. With a previous carrier we experienced an extended outage due to rain and weather conditions and had no communication with our customers/suppliers
We like being able to have a person we could contact and get answers from immediately. Basically we are able to communicate with no barriers
Given the opportunity all over again I would choose Legacy VoIP. We have worked seamlessly together and our phone/data communication has not been better. Yes, there were small items at times that would need to be worked out, example we experienced a 4 second delay when speaking with people, I called explained what was going on and within 24 hours the problem was corrected.
I highly recommend the Legacy VoIP service. We received substantial cost savings, a high level of service and personal communications.
